Albanian wanted in Germany over drug charges arrested in UK - one of three fugitives due in court

WANTED: Patryk Jozef Guz

THREE fugitives wanted in Europe were due to appear in Westminster Magistrates' Court today after being found in the UK.

Albanian Ledio Cela, 21, is wanted in Germany on drug offences.

He was arrested at an undisclosed location this week.

Cela is the third Albanian wanted for drug offences in Germany who has been recently arrested in the UK.

Earlier this month Illegal Albanian immigrant Klodian Cera, 32, consented to be extradited to Germany.

He was arrested in the Bedfordshire area while setting off on a trip back to Albania.

Fellow Albanian Dritan Galyas, 36, was arrested in the Cleveland area earlier in the year.

He was wanted in Germany to face 15 charges of drugs trafficking.

He initially fought extradition, but in July consented to be sent to Germany.

Twelve suspected Albanian drug traffickers are also wanted in Italy after being arrested in the UK, as Albanian criminal gangs have been working with the Italian Mafia to distribute drugs across Europe and into the UK.

Greece is seeking two suspected Albanian drug traffickers from the UK and France is seeking one.

Also due to appear at court today was Daniel Danila, 43, who is wanted in Romania on drug charges.

The third fugitive due to be brought before court yesterday was Patryk Jozef Guz, 23, (top picture) who is wanted in Poland for having no driving licence and an unregistered car.
