EXCLUSIVE: Albanian illegal immigrant wanted in Germany over drugs charges is arrested in UK

AN Albanian, who is illegally in the UK, is facing extradition to Germany after being arrested leaving the country. Klodian Cera, 32, of an unknown address, was refused bail at Westminster Magistrates' Court and remanded in custody. He is wanted in Germany for "violation of the Narcotic Drugs Act" and Bedfordshire Police are handling the case. Cera is resisting extradition and the case was adjourned. A court record of the hearing said he had been "travelling to Albania" when he was arrested and had been in the UK illegally.
