EXCLUSIVE: Man jailed for masturbating outside Caffè Nero branch

A MAN was jailed after he was caught pleasuring himself outside a branch of Caffè Nero.

Brwa Shorsh, 21, from Deepdale Lane, Nettleham, Lincoln, was caught with his member in hand outside the popular coffee shop chain at the Southside Shopping Centre in Wandsworth, south London, on August 31 last year.

He was charged with "an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely masturbating in public contrary to common law."

Shorsh denied the offence in October and failed to turn up to his trial at Westminster Magistrates' Court on January 19.

However, he was found and brought before the court yesterday.

He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks - 10 weeks for masturbating and two weeks for skipping bail.

He also had to pay £128 to a victim services fund.

The court heard the offence was "so serious because it was aggravated by the defendant's record of previous

offending."
