THREE arrested over Christmas Eve doorstep murder of Flamur Beqiri - now facing extradition to UK
THREE men have been arrested in Sweden on suspicion of the murder of Flamur Beqiri, who was shot dead outside the front door of his £1.5 million Battersea home last Christmas Eve.
The three Swedish nationals, aged 33, 31 and 22, were arrested today (October 8), at addresses in Stockholm and Vaxjo, under a UK European Arrest Warrant (EAW).
All three will now be subject to the extradition process through the Swedish judicial system.
Flamur, aged 36, of Albanian heritage, was fatally shot on the evening of Tuesday, December in Battersea Church Road, Batttersea, south London.
He was the brother of Real Housewives of Cheshire reality star Missé Beqiri.
SUSPECT: Anis Fouad Hemissi is facing an Old Bailey trial over the murder.
Anis Fouad Hemissi, 23, a Swedish National, has previously been charged with Flamur’s murder. He was extradited back to the UK from Denmark in June.
He is due to appear at the Old Bailey.
